La Chefferie Wando, située dans la province du Haut-Uele, est la plus vaste de la RDC. Dirigée par un chef coutumier, elle regorge de richesses agricoles, culturelles et ancestrales. Le lion, son animal totem, symbolise la force et le pouvoir de cette grande tribu zande.
